Webflow forms integration
Webflow forms in SendPulse. When someone submits a form on your Webflow site, the data goes straight into SendPulse Automation 360. From there you can route it to EDU, CRM, address books, and other SendPulse products, and build automations around it — no manual export, no copy-paste.
The integration sends Webflow form submissions to SendPulse Automation 360. From there you can route the data into:
- EDU — Enroll the person in a course automatically. Add a course field to the form and let them choose which one.
- CRM — Create a contact and a deal, generate a task, and move the deal to the right stage.
- Email campaigns — Trigger anything from a welcome series to segmented campaigns built on the submitted data.
- SMS campaigns — Send an SMS based on what was submitted, like an order confirmation or registration details.
- Messengers — Message the person on Telegram, Viber, and others, depending on which fields they filled in.
- Push notifications — Send a push on conditions you set, like a booking reminder or a promo.
Set it up once: Webflow sends the data in, and A360 decides what happens next.
To set up the integration:
- In Webflow, create your form and note its name, your site ID, and the field names. Under the form's Webhook settings, paste the webhook URL shown on this page.
- In A360, create an event with the same fields and copy the event's webhook URL.
- Back in the app, add your site ID, the form name, and the A360 event URL, then save.
- In A360, build a workflow that fires on that event — enroll a student, create a deal, send an email, or whatever you need.
